Their goal is to provide the highest quality home at a reasonable price. In doing so, they hope to introduce true value to the housing market.

Owners Tim and Dawn Stenberg believe in a "hands on" approach and maintaining personal involvement with each customer throughout the entire building process. Their goal is to meet and exceed their customer's expectations. Their homes range in size from 1000 square feet to over 6000 square feet. They specialize in both single family and twin home construction.
